Walk Through Before You Drive Over

Arrival
This is what you see from Fallbrook Avenue. Parking sits alongside the building, the front doors are step-free, and there is covered walkway once you are out of the car.
The Lobby
Through the doors, the lobby opens onto the corridor that runs to the dining room and the gardens. Staff are at the desk here, and this is where visitors sign in.
The Living Room
The main sitting room. Residents read here in the morning, families sit here when they visit, and it fills up before dinner. There are quieter corners if you want one.
The Activity Room
Crafts, classes, cards and celebrations happen here. Nothing on the calendar is compulsory — it is there so that anyone who wants company can find it without asking.
Theater & Media Lounge
Films in the afternoon, worship services on Sundays, talks and music through the week. Comfortable seating, and close enough to hear properly.
The Dining Room
Three meals a day, served at the table rather than queued for. The garden windows run the length of the room, so it stays bright through lunch.
The Café Corner
Coffee between meals, somewhere to sit with a visitor that is not the dining room, and the place most residents drift to mid-afternoon.
From the Kitchen
Cooked here, plated here. The kitchen runs both Korean and Western menus and works around dietary needs — a familiar plate is part of feeling at home.
A Suite
This is a furnished model. Most residents bring their own things — the chair they always sat in, the photographs, the clock. People settle faster that way.
The Bathroom
Private to each suite, with grab rails, accessible fittings and seating where it is needed. An emergency call button reaches staff at any hour.
Your Own Outside
Many suites open onto a balcony or patio over the grounds, so getting fresh air never means going downstairs and finding company first.
The Courtyard
The fountain runs through the day and the paths are level the whole way round — a walk you can take on your own without anyone worrying about it.
Gardens & Patio
The lawn, the barbecue and the shaded patio. This is where birthdays happen, and where families end up sitting when they come on a Saturday.
