Finding Us
West San Fernando Valley, just off Fallbrook.
We are on Fallbrook Avenue in West Hills, a short drive from the 101, with parking on site and a covered entry so nobody has to walk far in the heat or the rain.

Questions families ask us first.
Can we visit before deciding?
Yes — and we would rather you did. Request a visit and we will walk you through the community, show you the suites that are available, and answer questions without a sales pitch. Family members are welcome to come along.
Do you speak Korean?
Yes. Consultations, tours and day-to-day support are available in both Korean and English. 한국어 상담 가능합니다.
What is included in the monthly rate?
Meals, housekeeping, laundry, utilities, cable, activities, scheduled transportation and assistance with daily living are included. Rates depend on the suite and the level of care, so we quote them after a visit and an assessment.
How do you decide what care someone needs?
We carry out an assessment before move-in and review it as things change. The aim is to match the support to the person rather than move them into a fixed package.
Can residents bring their own furniture?
Yes. Suites can be furnished or left open for your own things — most residents settle in faster surrounded by what they already know.

At 6833 Fallbrook Ave, West Hills, CA 91307, in the west San Fernando Valley, close to Fallbrook Avenue and convenient to the 101.
