Send them back within 30 days for a full refund to the original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item
Photograph it within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it without asking for the original back.
Hygiene items
Press-on sets and brushes cannot be returned once opened, for obvious reasons.

Use the contact page with your order number. A prepaid label comes back within one working day.
