How long does the gel last?
With a proper prep and a correctly placed apex, our gels wear 21 days without lifting. Most problems we see are structure, not product — there is a guide in the journal.
Are your products HEMA-free?
All of our gel colours and the Glass Top Coat are HEMA-free, and every batch is listed on the bottle.
Do I need a UV or LED lamp?
LED, 48 watts or more. Colours cure in 30 seconds, builder and top coat in 60. A weak lamp is the second most common cause of lifting.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products go back within 30 days for a full refund. If something arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we replace it, no return needed.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes — Canada, the UK, Australia and most of the EU. International shipping is calculated at checkout and usually arrives inside 7 working days.
Do you offer pro discounts?
