What does TPO-free mean?
TPO is a photoinitiator — the ingredient that cures gel under a lamp. The EU prohibited it in cosmetics from 1 September 2025, and Great Britain is transitioning on its own separate timeline. Formula status is shown on every Unigel product page. Full explanation here.
Which lamp do I need?
Unigel gels cure under LED and UV lamps. Exact cure times per product are being confirmed and will be listed on each product page.
How many shades come in a set?
Every set states its shade count and shows the exact shades in its Color Index Rail before you buy — from 3-shade essentials up to 36-shade collections.
What do the shade numbers mean?
Every Unigel shade has a permanent number, for example Uni: 093. Numbers do not change when a collection is renamed, so you can reorder exactly what you used last time.
I know the old product code, not the new name.
Old warehouse codes still work. Search for the code you know and it will find the current product.
Ordering
When does my order ship?
Dispatch times to be confirmed by Unigel.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@myunigel.com. Once an order has shipped it follows the returns process.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Wholesale purchasing is for salons, retailers and distributors. If you want Unigel to manufacture your own brand, that is private label.
