Deposit & payment
A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee your reservation, and a $100 deposit secures your date. Cards, cash and Zelle are accepted for the balance.

Cancellations & rescheduling
There is no refund once the deposit is made — all sales are final. You may reschedule once, as a one-time credit, to another available date. We ask that you keep your original date whenever possible.
Minimum hours by distance
Events more than 15 miles away require a 2-hour minimum; events more than 30 miles away require a 3-hour minimum.
Holidays & special events
A $100 surcharge applies on major holidays. There are no refunds on special-event and holiday bookings.
Weather
The game theater is designed for every kind of weather — we operate rain or shine.
Parking & space
We need at least 50 feet of space to park, on solid concrete, asphalt or gravel. We will not park in driveways, yards or any other tight or dangerous location.
Food & drinks
No food or drinks are allowed inside the video game theater.
Supervision
A parent or responsible adult must be present inside or just outside the theater at all times.
Damage
The client is responsible for damage caused by their guests to the equipment or trailer. GameThrilla is not responsible for property damage resulting from a client’s request.
Alcohol & drugs
Alcohol at adult events may require a security surcharge and/or security deposit. Drugs will not be tolerated and will end the event immediately.
Holiday dates
The $100 holiday surcharge applies on: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Presidents Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
