Make sure your emails reach the inbox, not spam.

Quotes, invoices and replies that land in spam cost you customers. We set up the records that prove your email really comes from you.

The package

Email Deliverability Setup

$99 one-time

Covers one domain. No one can guarantee inbox placement.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up on your domain, so your email is properly signed.

Email providers such as Gmail and Yahoo now expect SPF, DKIM and DMARC on business email. Without them, your messages are more likely to be filtered.

What’s included

Your mailboxes, website forms and email tools covered

What we do

Proper email authentication, set up once.

Proof it’s really you

We publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for your domain, so providers can check your email is genuine.

Covers everything that sends

Your mailboxes, your website’s contact forms and any email service you use — we make sure each one is accounted for.

Tested, not assumed

We send test messages and check the results, then give you a short summary of what’s set up.

How it works

Three steps, and we do the technical part.

Step 1

Tell us what sends your email

Your mailbox provider, plus anything else that emails on your behalf — like a website form or invoicing tool.

Step 2

We set the records

We add the DNS records, or give you the exact ones to paste if your domain is managed elsewhere.

Step 3

We test it

We send messages through each route and confirm they’re signed and pass.

Questions

Frequently asked.

What does the price cover?

$99 covers one domain: SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, testing and a written summary. Extra domains are quoted on request.

Will this guarantee my emails reach the inbox?

No. Correct authentication removes a common reason for spam filtering, but inbox placement also depends on your content and sending history. No one can promise it.

Do I need to give you access to my domain?

We need to add DNS records. If your domain is managed by us, we do it. If it’s elsewhere, you either give us access or paste in the records we send you.

Will it affect the email I already send?

We set the DMARC policy to monitoring first, so nothing you currently send is blocked while we check that everything passes.

I don’t have business email yet.

That’s fine — see business email setup. The two work well together.

How do I get started?

Tell us your domain and how you send email today. We reply within 24 hours.
