Biography
Licensed to practice in California, she has represented clients in both state and federal courts. Kat is a trusted advisor across diverse industries, including entertainment, real estate, hospitality, beauty, fashion, and fitness. Her passion lies in helping clients navigate complex challenges and avoid costly litigation. Kat is dedicated to serving a broad spectrum of clients, from high-profile individuals and industry leaders to businesses of all sizes.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Kat’s journey into law was deeply influenced by her upbringing. From a young age, she learned the intricacies of running a business from her father, who inspired her passion for strategic problem-solving and business law. Building on this early foundation, Kat earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Law and Marketing from California State University, Northridge, followed by her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2019. This background shaped Kat’s approach to her practice, where her commitment to clients goes beyond legal representation—she serves as a trusted business advisor, prioritizing direct communication and collaboration to ensure that her clients’ goals, values, and feedback are central to the strategic legal solutions she develops.
At Cooper & Iravani LLP, Kat seamlessly integrates her clients’ goals, values, and feedback into the legal solutions she develops. She measures success not just by legal victories, but by the peace of mind and satisfaction of those she represents. Thriving on challenges and consistently finding successful outcomes, Kat sees opportunities where others see obstacles. This approach ensures her clients feel heard, supported, and confident in achieving their goals.
Outside of work, Kat enjoys travel, Reformer Pilates, discovering new coffee spots, and bringing people together—whether for a good cause or simply good company.
